Die Produktionsfläche umfasst 2500 m
Die Lage des Produktionsstandortes bietet schnelle
und bequeme Anbindung zum Pudong International
Airport (xx min) und Yeung San Hafen (xx min).
Qualität:
Bei der Qualitätsanforderung orientiert sich unser
Unternehmen am europäischen Qualitätsstandard
analog ISO9000 Entsprechend wird bei der
Materialbeschaffung die Güte und Maßhaltigkeit
gemäß den Vorgaben geprüft.
Die Schweißvorrichtungen und Werkzeuge werden mit
der erforderlichen Präzision gefertigt und
garantieren über die gesamte Serie die Einhaltung
der geforderten Maßtoleranzen.
Die Endkontrolle erfolgt mit gelaserten
Prüflehren.
The Focus of the company lies in development and production of storage and transport aids, as well as metal components for various industries and application fields.
The production space covers 14,300 square meters. The office building offer 3,000 square meters for administration, sales + marketing and technical staffs.
In addition guest rooms are integrated for visitors and customers.
The facility is located nearby Shanghai Pudong International Airport (15min) and one hour away from Yangshang Harbor.
Quality:
The manufacturing process are in accordance to European standards and ISO 9001 requirements. Raw material for production is selected carefully and it must comply with standards in measurement, tolerance and condition.
Welding fixtures and moulds are done in house with great precision; therefore we guarantee stable quality and accuracy over the whole production cycle.
Inspection of each piece is executed with special made templates.
